What we receive
Free 3D plan requests: we receive your name and email. Adding more is optional — a phone number, how you like to be contacted, details about the kitchen (for example its shape, ceiling height or appliance sizes), notes, and as many as 6 photos.
Trade account applications: we receive your name, your company’s name, the role that fits you, a phone number and an email. Optional extras: the kind of jobs you do, your city or service area, how you like to be contacted, and notes.
AI previews: we receive the kitchen picture you upload, plus your name and email. Optional: a phone number, the kitchen’s layout, if there is an island, and how high the ceiling is.
Each photo is shrunk and saved again on your device before it is sent. That strips out the camera data inside the file, such as the place and time it was taken.
As on most sites, our servers record basic technical logs — the IP address and which pages were asked for, for example — to keep the site working and safe. The language you pick is remembered only by your browser. Whatever you type into a form is held by that tab alone, until it is sent or the tab is closed. AI preview users: a reference number for the request also stays in the browser for a maximum of 7 days, so reopening the preview is easy.

If you pick WhatsApp to reach you, that is where we contact you. Those messages pass through WhatsApp and are handled under its own privacy terms; if you would rather not use it, choose a call or email instead.
When you come to the store or buy from us, we may write your request number on the order, which tells us it started on this website.

Free 3D plan requests and trade applications
Free 3D plan requests and trade applications land in the website’s admin system, which forwards each one by email — with any photos you attached — to the store. Sending goes through Resend, a delivery service that keeps every message for 30 days. Once in the store’s inbox, emails stay with the store.
What you send is used only to respond to your request and to discuss your project or trade account with you. Access is limited to our team and to the service providers named under “Who else sees it”.
The AI preview and your details
Before an AI preview is made, we need your name and email; phone number, layout, island and ceiling height are up to you. These details are sent to H Cabinet, where a team member can follow up about the project.
To create the preview, your kitchen photo goes to Google’s Gemini API. Google processes it under its terms for paid services: the photo is not used to improve Google’s products, though Google may hold it for a limited period to spot abuse or satisfy legal duties.
The store receives the preview, your photo, your choices and your contact details by email via Resend, which keeps every message for 30 days. Our AI server erases its own copy of the photo and preview after 7 days.
Who else sees it
The companies whose services keep the site and the business going — hosting, Resend (it emails your requests to the store), our email provider and Google for the AI preview. They get it only so they can do that job for us.

How long it is kept
Inside the website’s system, each free 3D plan request, trade application and AI preview request — including the contact information, the answers and any photos — is kept for 12 months and then deleted. Copies already emailed to the store stay in its inbox until the store removes them.

Backups drop deleted items within 14 days. To block abuse, requests are counted per network, and those counts are thrown away after 2 days at most.
The website and its servers are located in the United States.
What you can ask for
You may ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to fix or erase it — a request you sent on this website included. If you live in California, state law may give you further rights.
